13. All such times are to be dealt with as estimates just and we shall not be liable for failure to dispatch, set up, or otherwise carry out within such times unless otherwise agreed in writing.

21. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller instantly. If the Buyer stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, withhold shipment of any further Product to the Purchaser and may end, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all surviving contracts in between the Seller and the Buyer.

If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
